Returns

At realest., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our returns policy below explains how you can return items, request exchanges, or receive refunds.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at realest.oneteam@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, you will receive:
A return shipping label, and
Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns should be shipped to our address in Horsens, Denmark.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return request, provided the conditions of our policy are met.
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Underwear (for hygiene reasons).
Swimwear (unless returned in the same condition as delivered, including the protective hygiene seal on women’s bottoms).
Sale items and gift cards.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
